Principal Message

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at New Renaissance Middle School! I am extremely excited to welcome all of you back and continue the journey of academic success, creativity, and community involvement.

We are proud to announce that our school has moved from a “C” to a “B” school grade, reflecting the hard work and dedication of our students, teachers, and families. This growth is a strong indicator of our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

This school year promises to be filled with meaningful academic experiences and enriching student activities. From our advanced coursework to engaging clubs and leadership opportunities, every student will have the chance to thrive and grow.

We also celebrate our continued success in extracurricular programs. Our athletic teams brought home district championships in boys’ volleyball and boys’ flag football, a testament to their talent and teamwork. In the performing arts, our drama and dance departments dazzled us with an incredible end-of-year showcase, “The Wiz”, which highlighted the creativity and talent of our students.

At New Renaissance, we believe in nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally. With your support and partnership, we will continue to make this a school where students feel safe, challenged, and inspired.

I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to continue this journey with you for the 2025-26 school year. We have experienced tremendous growth, and we want to maintain this positive trajectory into the upcoming academic year. As you become seventh graders, you will find yourselves more independent, self-aware, and unpredictable – be true to yourself and use your core values, experiences, and lessons as a compass to guide you.

As we embark on the 2025-26 school year, I want you to know that you are fortunate beyond measure and capable of incredible achievements. This year, I challenge you to be the best version of yourself – to persist through difficult tasks, to try new things, to forge new friendships, and to set ambitious goals.
